Welcome to my new online home!

It’s been a labour of love and something I‘ve wanted to create for some time now, so I’m thrilled to finally launch my website and blog.

It’s important to me to create an online space that gives you a sense of me and what I’m about, so you can decide if my offerings are for you.

I’ll use this space to share all I know about yoga, meditation, nutrition,

including my favourite healthy recipes, books and other sources of inspiration. So whether you’re thinking about trying yoga for the first time, or yoga has become a rock in your life, you’ll find something here of interest to you.

When you sign up, I’ll land in your inbox once a month to share my personal reflections with you to inspire and motivate you to live a healthy, happy life. I’ll share tips and wisdom on yoga, healing nutrition, recipes, natural health remedies and self-care techniques. I’ll keep you updated on my teaching schedule and workshops and you’ll be the first to hear about my special offers.

My intention is for you to be inspired by these words, chosen by me to serve as daily reminders to nurture yourself in a way that makes you smile with a happy heart and live a life you love.
