Nichola Veitch provides a website where users can read articles on Yoga, self-care, mindfulness, healthy lifestyle, nutritious food, and a service where users may purchase Yoga 1-1 and coaching services.

The basis on which we process information about you

We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data. We do not collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the contract between us and you do not provide us with that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract (for example, to deliver goods or services to you). If you don’t provide us with the requested data, we may have to cancel a product or service you have ordered but if we do, we will notify you at the time.

Information We Collect

Purchase a service. We collect a variety of personal information with each online payment received. This includes: Your name, address, email address and phone number.  We use your email to communicate with you about your order and to manage our customer relationship with you. When you place an order you may be asked to join our mailing list so we can keep you informed of any updates which you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email or by contacting us at nichola@nicholaveitch.com

Your payment information. We collect payment information for each order but we do not store payment information on nicholaveitch.com servers. Your payment information is securely communicated to and processed via our e-commerce providers. All personal information collected for an order is used for the fulfilment of that order and to manage our customer relationship with you.

Blog Interaction, email opt-in and free product downloads. We only collect the personal information you voluntarily provide to us which may include: Your email address in order to subscribe to our mailing list and/or download our free products; Your name, email address and/or social media profile in order to post a comment on our blog via a third-party provider, Disqus; Your full name, email address and message in order to contact us via our contact form.

We use this type of information to administer the Site and provide the highest possible level of service to you.
