I encourage everyone I work with to explore the natural and graceful flow of body and breath. Often, we focus on working with mental and physical resistance; challenging perceptions of our own limitations.
Yoga becomes beautiful when there is no effort involved, when the breath is free and smooth. Let go of tiredness and tension. Become more grounded. Get in touch with your inner stillness through meditation and deep relaxation that facilitates self-healing.

“We may come to our mats because something in our life is broken. We stay because yoga wakes us up to more.”
Michelle Marchildon
Garden Yoga
Join me on Sunday mornings at 9am throughout July and August for an hour of gentle stretching, deep breathing, and peaceful connection. Surrounded by the rustling of trees and the birds tweeting, we’ll ease into our Sunday feeling calm, grounded, and refreshed.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
I’ll have tea ready afterwards, so you’re very welcome to stay for a chat and enjoy the garden a little longer.
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, no worries – I’ll refund the class fee.
